Grace & Co. is a wellness focused residential interior design and organizing studio based in Franklin, Tennessee. Rooted in intentional living we blend interior design, functional organization, and health-conscious practices to create spaces that are beautiful, health-forward, and as unique as each client.
Our Story
Grace & Co. Design was founded by Kristin O’Reilly, with roots in both creative work and real-life experience. Originally established in 2009 as a graphic design and stationery studio, the business evolved naturally through home renovations, moving, and creating spaces for her family. Along the way, Kristin became a trusted resource for others seeking design guidance—long before formally offering interior design services.
Her professional work in the environmental and restoration industries, combined with home renovation experience and a natural health journey has shaped her holistic approach to spaces. These experiences brought a deeper awareness of how the home environment affects daily life and health, leading to her unique and intentional approach to design.
Today, Grace & Co. Design brings together interior design, functional organization, and health-conscious practices to create spaces that feel calm, livable, and personal—homes designed not only to be beautiful, but to support the people who live in them.

FOUNDER & DESIGNER
Kristin O'Reilly
Kristin O’Reilly is the founder and principal designer of Grace & Co. Design. Raised in Pennsylvania by a mason and general contractor, she developed an early appreciation for home design and renovation. After earning a degree in Fine Art and Digital Media, she began her career in marketing and freelance graphic design, eventually working with small businesses in the construction and restoration industries.
After many years of freelancing, Kristin stepped away to focus on her family during a season of transition and healing. It was during this time that she was introduced to natural wellness and building biology, deepening her interest in how the home environment impacts both mental and physical well-being.
Today, Kristin brings together design, organization, and wellness through Grace & Co. Design, creating spaces that feel intentional, functional, and restorative. She lives and works from her home studio in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband, three children, and their Bernedoodle, Rosie. Kristin holds a B.A. in Art and Digital Media and is currently pursuing BBEC certification through the Institute for Building Biology & Ecology.
