Congratulations on your purchase—your printable file is ready to bring your project to life!

All Grace & Co. printable cards and labels are formatted for standard 8.5" x 11" paper. For best results, we recommend using a high-quality heavyweight cardstock for cards and full-sheet label paper for labels. (See our recommended supplies below.)

Follow these steps for the best print quality at home:

1. Download Your File

Save your PDF directly to your computer’s hard drive before opening. This helps avoid formatting or quality issues that sometimes occur when printing from a browser window.

2. Open the PDF

Open the PDF in your preferred PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat or Apple Preview is recommended). All artwork is pre-formatted—no need to adjust sizing or placement.

3. Load Your Paper

Place your 8.5" x 11" cardstock or label paper into your printer tray.
Select the correct paper type in your printer settings (e.g., Cardstock, Labels, or Heavyweight).

4. Adjust Printer Settings

Before printing, make sure the following settings are applied:

  • Scale: 100% or Actual Size

  • Do NOT select “Fit to Page”

  • Print Quality: Best or Premium (if available)

Printer menus vary—refer to your printer manual if you need help locating these settings.

5. Print & Trim

Print as many copies as you need. Once printed, trim your cards or labels along the provided cut lines. Enjoy your finished product!
